We've tested but cannot guarantee water tightness. We will not replace or refund should the candle leak, but do contact us should you have any problem. Upon arrival you may notice some discoloration of the wax, this is normal and won't impact the experience, it's all part of using natural supplies. We then ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground. With your purchase you will get a tracking number and the order will be insured. Any damage in shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and we ask that you provide photos of the box and damaged goods.
