No need to mess with boiling or purified water, the design removes the impurities for you during the freezing process. CLEAR ICE DIFFERENCE Clear ice cocktails are more aesthetically pleasing. Due to the higher purity of the ice created from directional freezing, the ice spheres/cubes retain their temperature longer, thus melting slower than traditional ice.
