Forge burner - Beginners Place - Bladesmith's Forum Board

Hello. I have purchased 2 WR-750 burners. They are 2 1/2W" X 8"L. I am building a dual burner Forge from an old propane tank with 2" of ceramic wool coated with kast o lite. Question is are these burners to short? Will they recycle to much hot air, or just dangerous?
