Fashion Illustration for Kids - Merrick [Class in NYC] @ The Fashion Class

Children 6-12 yrs old will discover the art of designing clothing in this fashion design themed art class. First the students will learn to draw the elongated fashion figure (also known as the croquis). They’ll then sketch poses, color and render different types of fabric (like lace, denim and sequins)
The Fashion Class offers sewing & fashion design classes throughout the school year, camps during the summer and all school breaks plus fabulous fashion birthday parties for kids ages six through seventeen, plus adult sewing workshops for beginners! We aim to teach children, teens and adults the art of sewing, design and the business of fashion
