The overall height of the cutters is 11.5 mm, allowing easy handling. »Material: Our cutters are made from food safe PLA plastic, which is an environmental friendly, recyclable material. We use a 3D printer to print our cutters using this durable material. The color of our PLA is white. »Care & Storage Instructions: For best results when cutting, we suggest to cut on a hard surface and press gently down on all edges.
