Our Heated Roof Mat Systems feature an exclusive mat technology that provides continual snow and ice melt for many types of roof material. Eliminate ice dams, heavy snow buildup causing roof damage, drain blockage, personal liability from falling snow and ice, and roof maintenance. Price of product is per linear foot. Completely customizable, sold by the linear foot For EPDM, PVC, and TPO membrane, metal and standing seam roofs Can be applied under new roofs or retrofitted to existing roofs Ensure drains are working by keeping them clear of snow & ice Installs around equipment Mats are just 1/8" thick Self-regulating Works under and above pavers & pedestals All mats can be made in lengths up to 50' long, and custom widths from 12” to 24” Mats can be daisy-chained together up to 16 amps during manufacturing to help cut down on the number of lead cords Mats will heat up to 120 degrees, but in sub temperatures they will reach 55 degrees at temperatures -10 to -20 degrees The cord length is 8’ on a standard mat, but can be linked together during manufacturing for multiple mats Price of product is per linear foot.
