Finding the balance between rustic and contemporary simplicity, Natania Hume of Slow Studio creates ceramic wares, which are sure to be daily favorites.

The perfect size for your morning coffee or an evening bit of chamomile, each mug is thrown by hand in Natania's Vermont studio. An unglazed clay bottom beautifully contrasts a matte glaze, which creates fun interplay between color and texture. Each piece has a truly unique character.

Slow Studio is a time and place inhabited by ceramic artist Natania Hume to translate her experience with nature into something tangible. Her designs evolve from a connection with clay as a material as well as inspiration found recreating near her home in rural Vermont.
