I don’t have a use for one, but the idea just occurred to me randomly and it’s too good not to share. Imagine getting a glass eye with an implant built in, just under the surface, so that you can pay by putting your eye up close to the reader and “looking” at it. Now imagine that it has an LED as well, so that when you do, you get the Terminator glowing red eye effect in the pupil.
