These patches do NOT have an adhesive backing, I have found E6000 is a great adhesive if you do not have a hat heat press. If you have a hat heat press I use a 2 sided heat activated adhesive which I truly love and find very easy to work with. I do eventually plan to sell the patches with the adhesive ready to go.
