When I first tried Hjertegarn Bamboo Wool I was so excited to see how SOFT it is and how beautiful it looks when knitted and washed.. It also keeps the shape (even after wash several time) and it has a lovely shine to it. Bamboo Wool is a lovely blend of 55% wool, 30% bamboo and 15% nylon. Bamboo Wool can be washed at 30 degrees in the washing machine.
Danish Hjertegarn has been in business since 1926 and produced yarns since I can remember. I used Hjertegarn yarn for my very first knitting project in Denmark decades ago. I am so excited to bring this yarn to the US and hope you will love it as much as I do.
You can use a washing machine - on a cold delicate wool program, but hand washing is always best.
