This product is made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. If the item was damaged while in transit, please email us at aloha@ with a photo of the damage or defect within 3 business days of receipt. We will forward the photo to the supplier and will advise regarding the resolution process, if applicable.
Missing / Lost Mail / Incorrect Mailing Address:
We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any missing / lost mail due to courier errors or mishaps, neither will we replace or refund any undelivered mail due to an incorrectly entered mailing address. We process orders based upon the address provided at the time of your order. If you believe you've entered your mailing address incorrectly at the time of placing your order, please notify us immediately at aloha@. Please immediately double-check your address when you receive an order confirmation email from us. There may be times when we are unable to correct your mailing address if we have already mailed out your order.
If you'd like to insure your order up to $100 USD, please let us know and we will use USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express (additional fees will apply). You will then be able to contact the USPS directly in the event your order is lost in the mail. USPS will determine the next steps regarding retrieving / recovering your mail and / or reimbursing you for your lost mail.
