Each house measures 4 3/4 inches high by 4 inches wide. The Mini Gingerbread Houses Kit includes: 2 piece gingerbread house cookie cutter set Two piping bags Gingerbread mix White chocolate icing Organic artificial dye free jelly beans Organic artificial dye free fruity rings Plant-based rainbow sprinkles 3 bags of plant-based sanding sugar (red, green, purple) Recipe instructions, assembly instructions and detailed ingredients cards Ingredient Information: The recipe, mixes, and decorating supplies that come in the Mini Gingerbread Houses kit are all gluten free, and also free of dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish and artificial dyes. All of the ingredients with the exception of the jelly beans are also vegan (they are vegetarian) and a vegan substitute for the jelly beans can be made upon request by writing vegan in the order notes on the checkout page. Corn free option is also available, see note below. Gingerbread Mix: rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin (lemon derivative), Wholesome fair trade organic light brown cane sugar, Wholesome fair trade organic cane sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, baking soda, and kosher salt.
