Maple Solid Black Polished Resin River Dining Table

This beautiful Maple River dining table measures 84"L x 42"W x 32"H , it's Gorgeous in person! The figured seasoned Maple features light spalting enhanced by tiger stripes and knotting. This slab was seasoned for 5-7 years at the wood mill after being salvaged before it was milled into a slab. Letting the logs age takes time but allows for spalting to occur which enriches the color of the grain. The central resin river has a multi tone black pigment with rolling waves replicating moving water. There is a thin layer of clear resin on top of the black pigment which adds depth to the river. The wood is finished with a natural matte liquid hard wax, the resin is polished out to a high gloss. Black powder coated trapezoid legs, welded tube steel.
