I wrap all of the sheets tightly with stretch wrap to help prevent warping while in transit. I focus on keeping the wood flat and weighted down to help prevent warping when storing and cutting. Warping does happen and I include hold down pins with the wood. Please let me know if you need a hold down pin cut file! Actual size is 1/8 less than listed size due to blade kerf. For example 20 x 12 is actually 19-7/8 x 11-7/8 (+/- 1/16) If you would like to try out the wood before placing a larger order, you can order a sample pack for $5 in my Sample Pack listing. I cut all of wood to size so please contact me if you are in need of a different size or different quantity. I use this plywood in my Glowforge Basic and Pro and have far less issues with it than any other plywood I've used from and . There are cutting voids from time to time but very minimal.
