CUSTOM CPQT Advanced Acrylic Primer, 1 qt Bottle, Blue, L

A concentrated latex primer/sealer that seals porous substrates. Enhances bond of level quick self-leveling underlayment and other cementitious toppings. Use as a primer/sealer over concrete, cement backer board, ceramic tile, brick, pavers, terrazo, marble, or plywood. Not recommended over hardwood or parquet floors, existing vinyl, sheet goods, plastic, or metal surfaces. Apply above temperature of 45 deg. F. 1 gallon covers approximately 300 to 500 sq. ft. depending on porosity of substrate.

D9002 has slightly better anticorrosive characteristics than D8002. It sands well but has a very hard film. This primer is excellent as the first product applied over a base primer in fairing projects. Its hard film prevents sand troughs eliminating the need to reprimer or reprep in those areas. High Build is relatively slow drying but can be recoated with itself in four hours. Spray application only requires pressure feed equipment. For use above waterline only. Mix ratio 11.
