The chrome plated nickel silver ferrules are crimped and glued to an enameled wood handle, giving a long useful life to the brush. R&F Hake Encaustic Brushes are a traditional Asian wash brush made of sheep hair. The brush strokes are ultra-smooth and minimally textured.
