Schacht Tapestry Loom

The Schacht tapestry loom comes with four heddle bars, so you can use traditional 2-harness tapestry techniques or experiment with 4-harness techniques. Continuous warps up to 60 long are possible. A convenient tension beam keeps the warp tight. Easy assembly all you need is a screwdriver. The loom pictured here is shown with an A-frame stand which is sold separately. The frame is temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer, but is expected to resume production later in the year.

Schachts Lilli Loom is an ideal size for on-the-go tapestry projects and more. Made of solid hardwood maple with sturdy no-slip plastic teeth to keep warp threads in place the Lilli Loom is the perfect take-along size for on-the-go tapestry projects and more. The warp can be wound for either 6 or 12 ends per inch offering options for wider and narrower setts. The 10 x 15 is an ideal size for learning to weave making samples small projects and travel. Some assembly required.

Warping the Arras Tapestry Loom

Schacht's Flip Trap is a hammock for your weaving tools! It sports two posts which easily insert into the pre-existing holes on the ends of your loom. Attach it into the clamp holes in the ends of your Flip Rigid Heddle Loom sides, and use it to hold your extra bobbins and shuttles. The Flip Trap is made of durable nylon canvas, suspended between hardwood bars. The Flip Trap is best used when the loom is on the Trestle Stand.
