Each package includes one translucent sheet of medium weight Solvy that will quickly dissolve in water. It is twice as thick, heavy and strong as the Original Sulky Solvy. The embroidery stabilizer can be made into a liquid and is designed to be concealed on the top and bottom of the fabric for added convenience.
