UltraTouch™ Denim Insulation – Urban Mining and Recycling (UMAR)

In the production process, cotton fabric from denim waste is shredded again into fibrous form and treated with a Boron salt solution. This gives the material mold and fungus repellent properties and ensures fire protection. The fiber mixture is then baked in a large oven and pressed to different thicknesses.
