The indicated amounts create brilliant colors without colored foam. The white base of Melt & Pour (Glycerin) will always create a pastel form of the color due to the titanium dioxide in the base. For use in bath bombs or other bath products (water applications), we recommend using Polysorbate 80 in a ratio of approximately 2% of the total weight of the batch (dry and wet ingredients).
