Preserved moss is no longer alive but has been repurposed for decorative and artistic medium. This specific moss does not grow and maintains its condition for a long time. While no maintenance is required, annual checks are recommended to ensure that the moss stays in place. In order to make this kit child-friendly, we have replaced the traditional hot glue gun with tacky glue. This glue is just as strong as a glue gun, but will need pressure to hold for at least 15-20 seconds on each moss piece in order to adhere.
