Beirut, quiet yet waving in the magmatic chaos that defines her, in her eternal noise and industrial chit chat, a moment of peace however illusory, given by the spirits to the warm bodies that remain. Maybe this offers the music to become more vehement, a raw shell full of beauty unspoken. NÂR’s album was built with dust, ghosts and graceful mistakes driven by the violence of life and delightedly taking a quarter step forwards. BlauBlau Records, early winter 2022
