These are handmade in pale shades of blue, green, yellow, lavender, white, and pink, and you can stick them to a buttercream-covered cake to decorate the tier. Wafer paper is an edible paper made from potato starch, and I print the color on the paper using edible food coloring ink. I make the flowers in different shapes, and all you have to do is stick them to the cake. This makes a really pretty, feminine cake design that looks professional, but is really easy even for a cake beginner to do. It takes about 15 minutes to put all the flowers on an 8 cake tier.
