Each tutu is hand tied onto the crochet top with two double layers for extra volume and fullness so it is not see through, with added sequin sparkle tulle finished with satin bows on the waist. Each dress is pressed and packed in tissue paper so no creasing occurs in transit and will be sent first class shipping. Returns are not accepted due to being handmade to order.
