A closeup of the first page of my Lord of the Rings journal. The journals were distributed by Barnes & Noble to promote the reprinting of the books when the movies were released. This is the poem used in Lord of the Rings when describing the Rings of Power. This is where the ring inscription comes from, which are the top two lines. The ring inscription is: One Ring to rule them all, one ring to find them. One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.
